Striker Fabian Schubert is transferring to FC St. Gallen on a free transfer. Schubert signed a two-year contract until the end of the 2022/23 season.
The 26-year-old last played in the second division for FC Blau-Weiss Linz. For the champions he scored 33 goals in 28 championship games, making him the top scorer in the league. There were also eleven assists. Before joining Blau-Weiss, Schubert was under contract with Hartberg, Sturm Graz and SV Ried.
Fabian Schubert will wear the jersey with the number 7 at FC St.Gallen.
