(Advertorial) Company specializing in the development of professional spaces, SEBM (Saint-Etienne Bureau Mobilier) is looking for a business manager in the Loire and Haute-Loire.
SEBM is recruiting a technical sales representative with a permanent contract. You are expected to take up your position as soon as possible and you will be working in the Loire and Haute-Loire.
Within a dynamic small business specializing for 41 years in the layout and sale of office furniture to professionals, you will take charge of a B to B technical sales position (M/F).
Your main mission will be to monitor and develop an existing and active customer file composed mainly of public establishments and SMEs based in the Loire and Haute-Loire.
Missions
To do this, your missions will be as follows:
Monitoring and development of the existing customer portfolio: collect the customer’s needs as well as their budget; respond to calls for tenders; advise the client on space arrangements; study with the client and the design office the feasibility of the project; take the ribs; establish the quote; negotiate with the client and monitor their project; ensure the monitoring of installations
Market study: analyze opportunities and calls for tenders; prospect and develop new accounts; be attentive to competitive offers and their developments; follow the extensions or constructions of industrialists in the sector
Analysis of results: establish a commercial action plan (target prospects, arguments, etc.); check quality and deadlines; monitor the evolution of the results of its sector; ensure customer satisfaction.
Remuneration
The total remuneration (fixed + commissions) will be between €44,000 and €48,000 annually, excluding bonuses. At least 5 years’ experience in B to B sales is required.
SKILLS
The skills concern both know-how (you have mastered office tools, you have a very good commercial approach, you have good knowledge of layout, decoration and design) and interpersonal skills (you are autonomous and very dynamic, you have a good sense of organization, you appreciate teamwork and wish to be invested in a long-term manner).
You will have a Peugeot “2008” type service car, a tablet and telephone, mutual insurance covered at 50%, bonuses based on objectives
