Although we will not know whether he would have managed to reach the finals or win the whole show, the popular singer is already a winner. He won a second chance.

At the beginning it is necessary to tell yourself what happened. In the tenth episode of the current Survivor series, Sebastian Navrátil first confided in Martin Prágro that his father left him just a few hours after his birth, and that although he had tried to reconcile in recent years, he did not care about it. But now the situation has changed and a year ago he learned that his father was dying.

Rachel and Ornella should be ashamed

Then came tribal council, unprecedented in Survivor history. Moderator Ondřej Novotný, who under normal circumstances is uncompromising towards contestants who want to withdraw voluntarily, also had a hard time holding back tears.

With tears in his eyes, Sebastian Navrátil revealed that he had learned the unfavorable news about his father’s health, who wanted to say goodbye to him for the last time. It must be added that he knew about his father’s illness even before leaving for the Dominican Republic, but apparently the situation was not so acute that he would give up his dream of the Survivor title. But now he had to decide between his family or his own dreams. And no one will blame him for his choice.

But then there are the contestants who gave up because they had to reconcile with their parents, see Rachel, who was missing nothing but her life in Survivor, or those who suddenly realized that they had three children at home only on the island, cheers Ornell. But in order not to point only to the fairer sex, Filip Křížek, who weeps for his family, is also tragic, but he must have guessed that he was leaving his partner at home with his son, which is why he signed up for Survivor. Because of him, his teammates even had to lose an important challenge, so that Filip finally told them that he was going to a duel, to realize if I didn’t want to continue the game by chance. Sebastian’s departure can be motivational

But then there is Sebastian Navrátil, whose departure is the only meaningful one in the history of the Czech Survivor, and on the contrary, it is admirable how much he wanted to compete, when we realize that he knew from the beginning how serious his father’s health was. Still, he didn’t cry, he didn’t whine, he didn’t try to make excuses about his father’s health to get off the island sooner. He came out with the truth only when he heard the crushing news from the production that there was no time to spare.

Given his situation, Ivy’s longing for their cats and the realization that she wants children seem just the pettiness of a spoiled little girl who realized on Survivor that she actually misses her crib. Ráchel, who cried every day about missing her life, and after her return began telling behind-the-scenes stories from Survivor, on which she is chasing numbers on social networks, should stop pretending that she participated in Survivor – because she did not.

However, the departure of Sebastian may paradoxically have a beneficial effect on the morale of the remaining contestants. But they would have to realize how insignificant their problems are compared to what Sebastian had to deal with from the first days on the island and what he was leading an internal struggle with. But he didn’t show anything about himself and never once did he publicly say that he wanted to give up the game.
