The psychiatric expert report had been requested by the prosecutor Vanesa González, in charge of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 3 Specialized in Family and Gender Violence, Sexual Abuse and Crimes Related to Trafficking in Persons of Lomas de Zamora, who is in charge of the investigation of the alleged abuse that occurred on June 26 last year in the country “Venados II” in the neighborhood of Canning. A forensic psychiatrist from the Public Prosecutor’s Office and another proposed by the Boca footballer’s defense were present at the study.
According to the sources, the expert opinion is intended to establish the “traits and/or characteristics of the personality of the accused; possible pathologies or conditions that you present; and if he suffers from any illness or mental disorder that implies any disturbance of the degree of consciousness or affectation of self-criticism”. Once the prosecutor receives the result of this expertise, she would be in a position to decide whether or not to call Villa for investigation, who, although he was charged in the file, his version of the events has not yet been heard.
