Sebas Guillem begins 2021 presenting the video of his single Something New. The song was released in July 2020 and already has almost 50,000 views on Spotify. This song was number 1 in the most viral songs of Spotify in Costa Rica in the days that it came out.
The video for Something New was recorded at the Ciudad Cariari Equestrian Center in October. It was directed, produced and written by Sebas Coto of the Nine production company. This production company has been in charge of videos by other national artists such as Debi Nova.
Audiovisual production reflects the quality time we spend with our loved ones, and the reminder of how spontaneous and beautiful life is. The element of the dance was key to being able to represent this message. The choreography was in charge of Malu Elizondo.
This video has a special meaning for the singer since the actor in the video is Sebas’s father, Miguel Guillem. “I consider this to be the most special video we have recorded so far. I had the privilege of sharing with my father on stage and seeing him perform and dance was quite an experience. ” Sebas Guillem commented
