In order to promote faster growth of their company, in almost four months Latvian companies will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in such areas as growth thinking, customer knowledge and experience, innovation, marketing and sales, as well as modern financial planning and sustainability. Companies are invited to apply for participation in the program by September 30.

SEB Bank implements the growth program in cooperation with the management consulting company Civitta Latvija. It is intended for companies registered in Latvia with at least two years of business experience and at least 200 thousand. euro turnover per year. Participation is free of charge, and the bank invests 40 thousand in its implementation. euro. Since 2018, 59 Latvian companies have already graduated from the “Growth Program”. “Companies that do not have a strong in-house R&D culture and the ability to create technologies from scratch are most likely to follow the path of innovation, combining different existing solutions. We will also address them in the Growth Program to encourage new categories and help learn different methods in the development and improvement of products and services, adds Ronalds Strauhs, Civitta Latvija project manager.

Under the program, 12-15 ambitious companies, led by both local and international experts and mentors, will work on the development of their product, service or idea, as well as on process changes that can help the company grow faster. In addition to the usual content, participants will also have the opportunity to participate in an individual brainstorming session to evaluate their business idea with the support of a mentor and create a specific action plan to implement during and after the program.
