Seasonic Power Supplies: A Comprehensive Comparison with Corsair, BeQuiet, and Other Leading Brands

Looks very nice, for a nice price, and indeed the (brief) specifications in the linked article seem to be in order on paper.

But, how should I see Seasonic in the market? I’ve known the brand since the early 90’s (they were already active then), but back then it was really low budget stuff. Good for their price, but you shouldn’t expect too much from them at the time.

How should I view Seasonic in terms of market position, compared to other brands such as BeQuiet, Corsair, ThermalTake, Antec, Zalman, FractalDesign, etc.? Do they compare to these brands in terms of durability, (build) quality, sound production, efficiency and reliability?
