Attorney General ST Burhanuddin said the investigating prosecutor was investigating a case of alleged procurement corruption PT PLN transmission tower (Persero) in 2016. The AGO has searched 3 locations in this case.

The searches were carried out in offices to private apartments. However, Buhanddin has not explained in more detail the owner of the apartment.

During the search, said Burhanuddin, the investigating prosecutor found a number of pieces of evidence. The evidence is in the form of documents and electronic evidence.
“During the search, investigators obtained evidence in the form of documents and electronic evidence,” he said.
ST Burhanuddin previously said that the alleged procurement corruption PT PLN transmission tower (Persero) in 2016 has been raised to the investigation. Burhanuddin said that the investigating prosecutor had found an element of suspected criminal activity in the case.
“Currently, the prosecutor’s office is focusing on several investigations into corruption cases, including the investigation of alleged corruption cases in the procurement of this transmission tower in 2016 at PT PLN (Persero),” said ST Burhanuddin in a press statement via video received detik.comMonday (24/7).
The investigative prosecutor’s team at the Directorate of Investigations of the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) examined witnesses related to this case. A total of 3 witnesses have been examined.
“The Attorney General’s Office examined 3 (three) witnesses related to the case of alleged corruption in the 2016 Transmission Tower Procurement at PT PLN (Persero),” said Head of the Attorney General’s Office for Legal Information Center Ketut Sumedana in his statement, Monday (24/7).
Ketut said the examination was carried out to strengthen evidence related to allegations of corruption. In addition, the examination is carried out according to health protocols.
