Several contributed to the search operation

Police, dog equipment from Norwegian rescue dogs, red crosses and rescue helicopters searched the area.

According to the police, the girl lives in Sunnmøre, but is a visitor in the area.

– We have little knowledge about why she is gone, but we are in contact with people who have been with her, and they have reported she missed with the information they have given us, Ferstad said last night.
