The fans couldn’t believe their eyes when superstars Sean Penn (62) and Robin Wright (56) came walking at the airport in Los Angeles with each weekend suitcase.
The superstar too weak to walk
The atmosphere looked absolutely impeccable, but no one knew where they were going. After three divorces, she is supposed to be tired of men, but she couldn’t resist when the chance for a trip with her ex-husband presented itself.

At the airport, they looked like any other couple. Quite incredible, when you consider that they were like dog and cat after the bad divorce.
Reunited with the ex
Since the breakup in 2010, they have hardly had any contact. The last time they were observed in the same place was in 2017.
– We don’t get along, explained Sean in the podcast “WTF with Mark Maron” the following year.

Different values
– She and I did not share the same values when it came to being parents, not even when it comes to adult children, Sean elaborated.
The couple have children Dylan (32) and Hopper (29) together. Both have followed in their parents’ footsteps and become actors.

Sean and Robin met on the set of the film “State of Mind” in 1989. Sean was newly divorced from pop star Madonna (64), while Robin was separated from soap opera actor Dane Witherspoon.
In 1996, the couple got married. But the marriage was very turbulent, and the couple had several public arguments and breaks in the relationship. They found their way back to each other several times – until there was nothing left to save.
Married – and divorced
After the divorce, both have remarried. But last September, “House of Cards” star Robin was divorced again, after having been married for four years to Saint Laurent boss Clément Giraudet (37), who is 19 years her junior.

By then, Sean had already been separated for a year from his third wife Leila George (30). Thus, they are both single today.

The big love
Their children were nowhere to be seen at the airport. And the week after these photos were taken, the pair were spotted together again – this time in downtown LA
– Sean has always said that it is Robin who is his great love. He regrets much of what happened while they were married. “He’s really enjoying being with her now,” a source told People magazine.
