Sean Dhondt and Allison Scott are breaking up

After her return from America, Allison Scott, the wife of musician Sean Dhondt, confirms the rumors that have been circulating for a while: she and Dhondt are each going their separate ways. “After ten years of marriage, we have decided, with love and respect for each other, to end our relationship.”

Allison Scott (31) announced via Instagram that she and Sean Dhondt (37) have each decided to go their own way. “After ten years of marriage, Sean and I have decided, with love and respect for each other, to end our relationship,” she writes with a photo of them both. “I am very grateful that Belgium feels like home to me. Thank you for all the support I get from you during this time. I can’t wait to see what else life has in store for me. ”

The split comes shortly after Scott returned from a six-month stay in her home country of America, in Los Angeles with her family. She and Dhondt took a step back to process the ‘Eveline’ case, in which private photos and videos of the singer and presenter – and some other BVs – leaked online.

Scott didn’t speak up about the whole thing for a long time until she got back on the Play4 program a while Cat without limits first talked about its aftermath. “I was the last to know. It was everywhere. But I didn’t know yet and didn’t know what was doing the rounds so hard. Until he told me. And I will never forget that day, ”she said.

“Meeting Sean was the closest I’ve ever come to love at first sight,” she continues. The two met in Las Vegas in 2009, when Dhondt was on a road trip with a friend and spotted her on the dance floor. The following year they married so that she could obtain permanent residency.

Sean Dhondt also shared the news on his own social media. “After 10 years of marriage, Allison and I have decided to go our separate ways”, it sounds. “With respect and love for each other, because no one will ever take away all the joys and sorrows that we shared.”

Peter Van de Veire, another victim of ‘Eveline’, told at the beginning of this year about the aftermath of the whole fuss on his marriage. “The first thing I did was say to my wife: Honey, I think we should talk. She was my absolute priority. She went through hell. ” Stan Van Samang kept it simple. He recorded that he “has been accountable to those to whom he is accountable”.
