Bond legend Sean Connery sells his vacation home on the coast of southern France. The actor shot his last 007 film in the 1000-square-meter villa – but the pictures are particularly spectacular.

With the sale of this dream villa, the film title “Never Say Never” becomes the life motto of 37 years after the film started Sean Connery. Because: Selling a holiday paradise like this acts like an outrage. But the now 89-year-old does not seem to have any use for the Belle Epoque villa on the French Riviera – and offers it for sale for around 30 million euros.

Located in the noble district of Cap de Nice near Nice, where stars like Coco Chanel, Pablo Picasso or Grace Kelly lived, the “Villa Le Roc Fleuri” offers a view of the Mediterranean. 5000 square meters of land, 1000 square meters of living space, the garden laid out on several levels, indoor and outdoor pools: the property offers luxury in excess.

The complex, which Sean Connery acquired in 1970, includes an outdoor saltwater pool and an indoor pool. The facades are covered with wisteria. The interior also leaves little to be desired: fitness studio, sauna, five bedrooms on five floors, elevator and two free-standing garden houses.

In the luxury estate, Connery also shot scenes from “Never Say Never” in 1983 – it was his last assignment as a 007 agent. His 91-year-old wife Micheline Connery had only approved the shoot on the condition that it must be her husband’s last Bond film. “Never say never” became a box office hit, grossing around $ 160 million.
Sean Connery has been retiring to Spain for a few years – and is spending sunny hours there with his retired wife. Or he is just relaxing in the Bahamas. The “sir” still has a second home there.
