SEA Games Standings May 17 After Indonesia Adds 4 Gold

standings SEA Games 2021 (2022) underwent a change after Indonesia added four gold medals on Tuesday (17/5).

Referring to the official website of the SEA Games 2021, Indonesia has a total of 104 medals as of 21.00 WIB. The details, 27 gold, 39 silver, and 38 bronze.

Today, Indonesia has successfully contributed four gold medals from different sports (sports). Each of the sports of shooting, bowling, athletics, and swimming.

From shooting sports, Fathur Gustafian successfully donated a gold medal in the men’s 10 meter air rifle after playing the final at the Hanoi National Sport Training Center.

Another gold medal won by Indonesia was contributed by Ryan Leonard Lalisang and Hardy Rachmadian after winning the men’s doubles bowling final at Heroworld Bowling Center-Vincom Megamall Royal City.

Eki Febri Ekawati successfully donated gold from athletics in the Women’s Shot Put competition. This was the first gold to be won in athletics.

Meanwhile, the last gold medal was presented by Flairene Candrea Wonomiharjo after successfully posting the fastest time in the women’s 100 meters backstroke at My Dinh Water Sport Palace.

Flairene recorded a time of 1 minute 3.36 seconds ahead of two Filipino swimmers, Isleta Doromal Chloe Kennedy Anne and Geriane Taguba Jessica Joy.

Until now, Indonesia is stuck in fifth place in the 2021 SEA Games standings with a collection of 27 gold, or is above Malaysia, which occupies the sixth position.

While the top position is still controlled by the host Vietnam with the acquisition of 99 gold, followed by Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore.
