SDV and Gravity School won in the super semi-finals of Sukhdev Narayan Memorial Inter School Cricket.

Patna, 23 October. SDV Public School and Gravity High School won in the super semi-finals of the All India Sukhdev Narayan Memorial Inter School Cricket Competition being held at Jagjivan Stadium in Khagaul, adjacent to the capital Patna. In the first match, SDV Public School defeated Doni Polo Public School by 6 wickets while Gravity High School defeated Cambridge Public School by 22 runs.

Brilliant bowling by Rishabh Raj

In the first league match of the Super Semi-finals, Doni Polo Public School won the toss and decided to bat first. Doni Polo Public School team was all out for just 86 runs in 18.3 overs. Amartya Choudhary scored the maximum 13 runs for Doni Polo Public School. Piyush scored 12 runs, Rohit Pandey scored 10 runs, Hrithik Seth scored 11 not out and Ujjwal scored 10 runs.

For SDV, Rishabh Raj took 4 wickets for 14 runs, Devansh Ashwal took 2 wickets for 3 runs.

In reply, SDV Public School won the match by scoring 87 runs for four wickets in 13.3 overs. Abhishek scored 36 not out, Rishu scored 12 and Kumar Shan scored 23 not out.

Amartya Chaudhary took 1 wicket for 14 runs, Ujjwal took 1 wicket for 7 runs, Priyanshu Kumar Prateek took 1 wicket for 15 runs and Rohit Pandey took 1 wicket for 10 runs. Former Ranji player Nikhilesh Ranjan presented the Player of the Match award to Rishabh Raj of the winning team.

Gravity High School defeated Cambridge Public School

Gravity Public School won the toss and scored 182 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs with the help of Mukesh Yadav’s 48 runs and Parth’s 37 runs.
In reply, Cambridge Public School team could only score 160 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs despite Yash Raj‘s 53 runs. For Gravity High School, Saman took 4 wickets for 17 runs. Prabhat Kumar and Abitabh Palit presented the Player of the Match award to Saman of the winning team.
