Scott McTominay Prepares Manchester United for Exciting Encounter with Tottenham in Premier League Match

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay says the team should expect an exciting encounter when the Red Devils take on Tottenham in today’s Premier League match at Old Trafford.

McTominay, who has found the back of the net for Man United in several games, told ICS in an interview that the team can hurt Tottenham where it matters.

“[Son] a good team that is well organized and plays a little bit differently than maybe other teams in the league, and is a little bit more unorthodox with a high line,” McTominay told ICS.

“It’s going to be an exciting match and you see a similar scenario against Aston Villa whenever they play at such a high level.

“The game can be quite open and it’s up to us to close it out, but also be consistent in the way we approach it by moving the ball and trying to dictate the game as much as possible.

“I feel like Tottenham are a really good team.

“They had a really strong start to the season and they are going to come in full force. They want to beat us on our own ground and we must be there and prepared to not allow that to happen.

“They are posing a different challenge this season than they have done [en] previous seasons.

“It is a game that we are really looking forward to, especially before the break, which can almost lay a good foundation.

“If we do well, perform and do everything we need to do to stick to the game plan, then that can set us up well when we come back from a little break.”
