As of June 2023, commercial banks in Mexico have granted 283,911 million pesos (mdp) for mortgage loans, and it is expected that by the end of the year this figure will increase considerably, according to figures from the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
In this context and in line with its vision of digital transformation, Scotiabank MexicoLamudi and Morgana create a strategic alliance to revolutionize the acquisition of real estate in Mexico and with which they expect to generate close to 3,000 mortgages in the following 12 months.
