Darmstadt (ots) – On early Tuesday morning (May 26th), shortly before 3 a.m., a 40-year-old scooter driver from Griesheim fell unhappily on Bismarckstrasse. After initial investigations, she fell into the tram tracks at Feldbergstrasse, facing the main train station, and thus fell. The woman was seriously injured in the fall and was taken to a hospital. For the duration of the accident, Bismarckstrasse was closed to the tram tracks for around an hour. Public transport was not affected due to the night time.
The 2nd police station is responsible for investigating the course of the accident. Witnesses who can provide information in this regard are asked to report to the officers on 06151/9690.
