Scissors are missing; In Japan, the airport has come to a standstill

36 flights were canceled after scissors went missing from a shop at Japan’s international airport 201 flights were delayed. Flights were canceled and travel was suspended as part of security measures.

The event took place at Hokkaido’s New Chitose Airport, where one and a half million passengers pass each year. The journey of tens of thousands of people was disrupted because of the missing scissors. They all went through security again and were put on the plane. Finally the journey started again without finding the scissors. But later, the airport authorities said that the scissors were found from the shop itself.
