Scientists explain why laws are written in complex language

The staff of the Institute noted that there is an unspoken rule according to which laws should “pronounce in a certain way, and they are written in that way.” To find out, scientists did examination of a large number of documents. According to the examination, lawyers use certain properties. For example, they often insert long explanations in the middle of sentences normal to the language, so it is more difficult to see the text.
