One of the first signals of pancreatic cancer is pain in the back or abdomen, which is exacerbated, then recedes. Such pain may intensify in a sitting or lying position.
This is indicated by experts at the National Health Center of Great Britain (NHS), who note that the disease practically does not manifest itself in the first stages.
Experts from Cancer Research UK note that 70% of patients with pancreatic cancer go to doctors because of constant dull and aching pain.
“It can begin in the abdomen and spread around the back. The pain intensifies when you lie down, and passes if you lean forward. The condition may worsen after eating, ”the doctors said.

“Some people can only have back pain. Often they are felt in the middle of the back and do not pass, ”experts say.
