From September 23 to October 18, it’s the return of “ Science fuse ! » in the Aunis Sud library network
This fall, La Science ça fuse returns to discuss the links between food, the environment and health. A conference cycle, workshops and a show are on the program including:
- Marc dufumier, supporter of agriculture inspired by agroecology, who will hold a conference on the food of tomorrow
- Eirc Birlouez, food sociologist, regular columnist for France Inter and France Culture who will speak on the history of food, invited by the archaeological site in Saint-Saturnin-du-Bois
- Nathalie Corade, territorial economist, specialist in short supply chains and local agriculture, will present her research on the role of food in the construction of territories
- The show “Manger», from the company Zygomatic, will conclude this program. This humanist and scathing spectacle is indignant with a burlesque and mischievous brio by the economic, ecological and food absurdities of the world.
On reservation at 05 46 07 22 33.
