Sci-fi horror Alien is full of laughable mistakes: In one scene, an actor is seen wearing a watermelon instead of a head

When director Ridley Scott made the cult horror movie Alien, he undoubtedly did a great job. However, filmmakers are not always able to tune every detail to one hundred percent, so even in the almost flawless picture we found details that did not work completely . But they usually cause laughter – like, for example, a watermelon instead of the head of one of the actors.

Film tricks and other elements that are used in similar genres are similar now, but at that time they were not at such an advanced level, so the filmmakers had to find out what they can. But it was not always as they thought.

So there are several big or small mistakes in an intruder that you may have never noticed. But now that you know about them, you might have a lot of fun the next time you watch this legendary movie.

Alien is full of inconsistencies and errors
