Villeneuve chose singer and actress Zendayu (Chani), Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica), Timothée Chalameta (Paul Atreides), Jason Momou (Duncan Idaho), Joshe Brolina (Gurney Halleck), Dava Bautista (Glossu ‘Beast’ Rabban) ), Oscar Isaac (Leto Atreides), Stellana Skarsgård (Baron Vladimir Harkonnen) and Javier Bardem (Stilgar).
