Schweinfurt: Man drives drunk and uninsured e-scooter – PRIMATON A 62-year-old was driving his e-scooter in Schweinfurt on Saturday night with a blood alcohol level of 1.3 per mille. The police stopped him in the area of the Maxbrücke because he didn’t have the required insurance number plate. The man refused to blow into an alcohol meter. So he had to have his blood taken. An investigation was launched on suspicion of drunk driving and a violation of the Compulsory Insurance Act. Advertisement
