Schweinfurt: Man drives drunk and uninsured e-scooter – PRIMATON A 62-year-old was driving his e-scooter in Schweinfurt on Saturday night with a blood alcohol level of 1.3 per mille. The police stopped him in the area of the Maxbrücke because he didn’t have the required insurance number plate. The man refused to blow into an alcohol meter. So he had to have his blood taken.
