Schützenmatt Brugg: The street is being renovated and getting new water pipes

The loans for the resumption of planning between Annerstrasse and Schulthess-Allee as well as construction loans of 2.8 million francs at Schützenmatt were undoubtedly in the Brugg city parliament. For the latter there was not only praise, but also addition.

Martin Brügger (SP) also thanked the town council for the well run project. He hopes the city will maintain its lead. Brügger asked if the clean water pipe could be extended to include more connections. Brogli replied that this was not so easy because there was not much space and that there were additional costs.

A corresponding additional motion, according to which the clean water pipe should be extended to the entire project if possible, was approved by 41 votes. The residents’ council unanimously said that the construction loan is almost 1.2 million francs for the renovation of the street. There were two votes against in the vote on a good loan of 1.6 million francs for the renovation of the dirty water pipe and the construction of the clean water pipe, including an additional application.
