With a balance sheet total of over 50 million euros, the annual financial statements are a good two million euros higher than in the previous year. The profit is a good 1.26 million euros. Stadtwerke has also had a 51 percent stake in Gasnetz Schrobenhausen GmbH & Co. The reason, according to Reisner, is a good 80 new house connections in Hrzhausen. A loan of EUR 9,500,000 was taken out to finance the connection to the district.
Plans are currently underway to renew the northern water supply. The associated structures are over 60 years old. The high tank, the pressure booster system and the processing system would have to be renewed, as would the energy and control cables and the water pipes from the new buildings to the wells. All in all, the project will cost around 6.1 million euros net. The form of financing is to be discussed this year. Although, according to Reisner, Schrobenhausen gets 80 percent of its water from the water supply Sd, the aim of the water supply north is to maintain independence and security and therefore not to give it up without necessity.
The last construction phase of the district heating network in downtown Schrobenhausen was completed in 2020, and the last work on the expansion in Mhlrieder Weg is currently underway. Since 2019, the first buildings have been supplied by a mobile heating station on Thiers-Kreisel. Actually, they would have wanted to join the Leipa company, but that was no longer possible because otherwise they would have lost funding. The supply will therefore be prepared from the central sewage treatment plant for 2022, said Mayor Reisner.
In the case of the building areas, the cellar mountain width is to be mentioned first of all, here the development and sale of around 70 parcels are planned for 2022. The city council has decided on a cold local heating network in this 5.4 hectare area. In addition, there is a photovoltaic obligation for the resulting buildings. In addition, according to Reisner, the course has been set for the development of an industrial park in the Sandizell district. For a larger commercial area with good infrastructure, the most promising areas would be in the area of the B300. But here one must first talk again about a possible tangent construction. At the same time, the pressure is high, because otherwise employers could emigrate if there are no development opportunities in Schrobenhausen.
The last point that the mayor of Schrobenhausen presented was social housing. The plans for the second apartment building at Brgermeister-Gtz-Strasse 48 have been completed here. A total of eleven apartments are to be built on around 600 square meters. According to the current state of planning, the house is to be built in 2022. SZ
