After their movement on Friday November 19, school leaders are again called to strike on Tuesday December 14 and Wednesday December 15, 2021. This is a national movementat the call of the unions Snuter-FSU, CGT, CNT, Sud and the collective France animation in struggle, to demand better recognition of the profession, better working conditions and salary increases.
This strike will have consequences on the functioning of the schools this Tuesday since the animators are in charge of the children before and after school hours but also during the meridian break. In Toulon for example, 6 schools will not be able to accommodate children in the morning17 in the evening. 19 canteens will also be closed at lunchtime (list below).
Pour Wednesday and reception in the Toulon leisure centres, the consequences will be even greater: of the 138 temporary workers and 49 regular staff planned, 155 will be on strike. A single center out of 14 will therefore be able to accommodate children (Saint-Dominique), the others will be closed.
Disruptions are also announced at Draguignan.
Gatherings in Toulon and Draguignan
The animators planned to gather at 10 a.m. in front of the sub-prefecture of Draguignan and at 11 a.m. in front of the prefecture of Toulon.
