Schoolchildren can become weather researchers

All the students at the Nature Park Spessart Primary School in Partenstein and the entire teaching staff were delighted with the donation from the Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg.

A weather station for the school was purchased from this, which is already installed on the school premises.

The PLUS curriculum for all four primary school classes provides for weather observations for the subject of local history and general knowledge. The children can now become weather researchers with the help of the weather station. Air pressure, precipitation, wind direction, humidity and temperature can be read off. This allows the lessons to be illustrated even better with the weather station.

At this point, we would like to say thank you again to Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg for the financial support in purchasing the weather station.
