Organized shoplifting incident
After that, the bullying of Mr. S by his classmates gradually reached the level of a crime.
“Mr. S shoplifted rice balls and juice from a convenience store.”
A student at the music school made such a report to the school. The report came from a classmate who had been “monitoring” Mr. S’s activities as he stopped by a nearby convenience store on his way home from school. Rice balls and juice that appeared to have been shoplifted were found in Mr. S’s room, but Mr. S had no recollection of them. As it turns out, these items had been smuggled in by his classmates.
“I didn’t do it. Please check the security camera (inside the convenience store).”
Mr. S made this claim to the school, but the school did not make such a request to the convenience store, much less consult the police, and decided that Mr. S was a shoplifter. Although it was a serious violation of human rights, Mr. S endured it without making the incident public. I guess he was afraid that if he went public, he might not be able to stay at the music school.
