Wiesbaden. Due to significant hygiene deficiencies, the city of Wiesbaden has closed the business of a school caterer. The company will no longer be able to deliver food to schools in the future. As the state capital announced on Friday, the defects were already found on December 13th.
As a result, the Office for Veterinary Affairs and Consumer Protection gave the caterer a deadline for disposal. Since this was not complied with, the inspectors ordered the permanent closure of the company. According to the information, there were no indications that students became ill from the food. It was not immediately known which schools were affected. (dpa)
