Pont-Saint-Esprit
Monday : green salad, white ham, mashed potatoes, Vache Picon and organic apple compote.
Mardi : organic cucumber salad, organic beef meatballs au jus, organic torti, organic Cantal and vanilla flan topped with organic caramel.
THURSDAY : potato salad, breaded fish, fresh zucchini with bechamel sauce, garlic and herb tartare and organic seasonal fruit.
Friday : organic tomato salad, vegetarian chili, creole rice, plain yogurt and strawberries.
