This school bus in the air of time …
This trendy school bus was inaugurated on Thursday 13 October, at 8:00 am, on the Ansbach line, which connects rue de Graville – not far from the garden of the same name – to the Jules-Ferry school. On the starting line, Alex and Anaïs, organizers of the Terre Buissonnière association, which supports this initiative of the Municipality of Anglet throughout the school year, such as that of school bicycles.

20 minutes on foot
For each trip, the parents who join communicate via the WhatsApp social network. On Thursday, a slight concern accompanied the inauguration. Three minutes from the start, only Caroline, Zoé’s mother and volunteer guide, had made herself known on social media. But the good old Arabic phone did the rest and the group quickly took shape for this very safe nearly one kilometer route with four stops. In total: 20 minutes of walking, which did not go unnoticed, thanks to the presence of Mendi, a giant puppet, and that of the guitarist of the company Kilika.
As for the bus, specific stops have been defined, at regular times. Children wait for their classmates and carers to come and pick them up. This system, which currently concerns the Jules-Ferry school, includes four different lines: Ansbach, Busquet, Quatre-Cantons, El Hogar (1).
