A car driver drove yesterday at 7.45 p.m. on Landstrasse 132 from Sehringen in the direction of Sitzenkirch.
In a left-hand bend, the car driver turned right off the lane. As it left the lane, the car lifted slightly, hit the ground before it got stuck between two trees.
A first aider was able to free the driver from the car. The injured car driver was taken to a hospital by the ambulance service.
The police could smell alcohol from the car driver. An alcohol test showed a value of over 2 per thousand. This was followed by a blood sample and the confiscation of the driver’s license.
The property damage is around 3,000 euros (total loss). The car had to be recovered and towed away.
The road was therefore closed for a long time.
The fire brigade was on site with a large number of emergency services.
