The pre-Christmas or Christmas period is full of good news. So Patrik Schick in particular must be thrilled. The Transfermarkt server has significantly increased its estimated value, and WhoScored ranks it among the 10 best footballers in Europe for a change.
At the end of the year, the Transfermarkt updates the estimated values of individual footballers. Patrik Schick’s price tag was increased on Wednesday 22 December. According to the prestigious server, the new value of the Czech attacker is 40 million euros.
So far, Schick’s value has been estimated at just 23 million euros, an increase of 17 million.
On Thursday, another update took place, which means that the Czech shooter is a more valuable footballer than the legendary Cristiano Ronaldo. Until recently, the Portuguese was valued at 50 million euros, but now it should be 5 million cheaper than Schick.
Of course, these are only theoretical amounts, but it is still very good news. The star of Leverkusen is receiving the attention it deserves. And not just on a German server.
The fact that according to the statistical website WhoScored is one of the 10 best players in Europe this season must also be an award for Schick.
Schick finished tenth with an average mark of 7.59. The ranking is dominated by Robert Lewandowski (8.08), followed by Erling Haaland (7.93) and Mohamed Salah (7.89).
The Czech striker also has stars like Kylian Mbappý, Karim Benzem and Vinicius in front of him.
