Schiaretti deputies reject judicial reform

After knowing yesterday the favorable opinion to the judicial reform, for the first time, the four Peronist deputies who answer to the governor Juan Schiaretti they spoke out against the initiative promoted by President Alberto Fernández.

Through a statement on social networks, the Córdoba Federal block described it as “inappropriate” to now try a judicial reform.

“The national deputies of the Federal Córdoba Block want to communicate that, having known the opinion issued by the pertinent commission in the Senate of the Nation, referring to the Judicial Reform bill, we ratify our decision not to vote on said law,” said Carlos Gutiérrez , Alejandra Vigo, Paulo Cassinerio and Claudia Márquez.

Cordovan Peronist legislators also asked for consensus to approve a regulation of this importance.

“We also maintain that the treatment of said project is inopportune and should not be treated without the necessary consensus that a reform of this magnitude requires,” said the Peronist deputies.

This first public pronouncement by the Peronist deputies took place within the framework of requests from different business entities to reject the reform.

The C20, a group of entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized companies in Córdoba, sent a harsh message to the national legislators of Córdoba, especially to the four national deputies of the Cordovan PJ who respond to Governor Juan Schiaretti.

Let’s say no to judicial reform. Deputies from Córdoba, we are watching you. The people are watching them. Do not give a quorum ”, this business group spread on social networks.

In the message broadcast by the C20, photos of the 18 Cordovan national deputies are shown, with prominent sizes for the four schiaretistas.

While Idea, the country’s business debate forum, also spoke out against the judicial reform promoted by President Alberto Fernández.

“From Idea we say that it is necessary to improve Justice but always within the framework of a political agreement that guarantees the conditions for broad and plural debate in which the different opinions of citizens are duly considered,” said Idea.

The business discussion forum ended its statement with its position on the reform.

“A judicial reform needs a broad and plural debate. The absence of the aforementioned conditions leads us to the conviction that it is prudent to rethink the reform process in the Justice that is being processed before Congress and in the sphere of the national Executive Power ”, pointed out Idea.

The national deputy Eduardo Fernández (Frente de Todos-Córdoba) responded to the request of the C20 not to give a quorum. “I represent an ideology that will not be yours, but it is the one voted by thousands of Cordoba men and women. I would never ask an opposition deputy to refrain from giving his arguments and stop defending his ideas, “said Fernández, from the Frente de Todos. Together with Gabriela Estévez and Pablo Carro, they are the deputies who support the reform.
