In March, the restaurant rankings for Germany will continue to be led by a trio: these include the Aqua in Wolfsburg and the Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn and that Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau in Perl-Nennig. However, there are a number of interesting changes in the following places. The reason for this are new ratings, above all from the Great Restaurant and Hotel Guide, as well as from Der Feinschmecker, which have been included in the update.
The Sonnora in Dreis remains in fourth place, followed by the Rutz in Berlin. But then comes the Schanz restaurant in Piesport, which overtakes the Vendôme, the Bareiss and the Überfahrt compared to the previous month. For the first time since June 2022, The Table in Hamburg returns to the top 10 in tenth place. The Haerlin in Hamburg improved to eleventh place, placing it better than it has since 2017. The Horvath in Berlin climbed up one place to 17th and the Lafleur in Frankfurt to 18th. The Tantris improved by three places and is now in the top 20 – the best value since Benjamin Chmura took over the kitchen management.
New ratings for the restaurant and the management of the current chef reach the Tohru in der Schreiberei (Munich, 23rd place, improved three places), etz (Nuremberg, 34, +2), Lorenz Adlon dining room (Berlin , 36, +4), Gustav (Frankfurt, 39, +5), Jante (Hanover, 41, +4), Speisemeisterei (Stuttgart, 45, +13), Atelier (Munich, 47, +5), 100/200 (Hamburg, 56, +7), Werneckhof (Munich, 60, +2), Louis (Saarlouis, 60, +1). Tantris DNA (Munich, 64, +3), 360 Grad (Limburg, 67, +7), Lakeside (Hamburg, 74, +4), La Vallée Verte (Herleshausen, 78, +14), Wolfshöhle (Freiburg, 81, +388), ZweiSinn (Nuremberg, 86, +15), 1789 (Baiersbronn, 88, +4), MARKOS (Weingarten, 96, +11), La Société (Cologne, 99, +24), Schwitzer’s (Waldbronn, 99 , +14).

A total of 4,953 restaurants are currently listed in the ranking. Compared to March, 174 restaurants get a higher score. 416 get fewer points. Inclusion in the ranking list is automatic and free of charge as soon as a restaurant is rated in one of the popular restaurant guides and achieves at least 15 ranking list points.
