SCCC reported a 20-year profit of 3.68 billion baht, an increase of 16.6% from the same period last year of 3.15 billion baht, although total revenue decreased 11.8% due to improved operating efficiency of the plant – lower fuel costs – managing financial costs. Better with a dividend of 9 baht / share, a 13% increase from the previous year.
Siam City Cement Public Company Limited or SCCC informed its operating results for 2021 that the company had a net profit of 3,680.46 million baht, an increase of 16.6% from the same period last year with a net profit of 3,156.98 million baht. Decreased 11.8% to 42,000 million baht from the same period last year to 47,593 million baht.
This is due to the company’s higher operating efficiency of its factories and lower operating costs, partly due to lower fuel costs, as a driving force for higher profitability. In addition, the Company has had cash management and credit control, resulting in continual improvement of the significant financial ratios.
With cash dividends of 9 baht per share to increase 13% from the previous year, the value of this dividend payment is 2,682 million baht or 73% of the consolidated net profit. There will be a shareholders meeting for approval on 25 Mar. If approved, dividends will be paid on April 5.
