“Siam Commercial Bank” sends a subsidiary SCB TenX to establish a new company “Token X” to provide a digital token offering system (ICO Portal) with a registered capital of 50 million baht. SCB 10X holds 100% shares.
Dr. Arak Sutivong, President The Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that SCB TenX Company Limited (SCB 10X), a subsidiary and a company in the Bank’s financial business group. Established a new subsidiary with the Department of Business Development Ministry of Commerce under the name of Token X Co., Ltd. (Token X Co., Ltd.) with a registered capital of 50 million baht, main objective is to operate a digital token offering service (ICO Portal) business. CB10X holds 100% of the shares.
