Scary in Luleå – haunted house for sale

Geographically, we are in a small village in Luleå municipality.

But don’t let the peaceful nature fool you. Here in Södra Prästholm awaits an eerie building dating back to 1928 that houses both a horror maze and a well-known “inhabitant”.

Ghostly facelift

Once the town’s post office, the old house has belonged to one and the same family for generations, but nevertheless stood empty for several decades.

Now the house has received a much-needed facelift and is looking for a new owner, prepared to take on a real haunted house.

In this case, that means an upper floor constructed like a labyrinth, a spacious entrance level with an integrated bar area and windows that glow green in the dark.

What a shudder!
