Now, the interpreter is in the news because she has publicly denounced the pressures she receives from Hollywood to always stay in line and slim. The 35-year-old artist has explained that today’s stars live a much worse situation than their predecessors.
The actress has spoken about this in an interview for Candis magazine and has stated that the film industry is still far from breaking stereotypes.
“There has always been pressure on actresses to stay slim. There’s a scene in one of my favorite movies, All About Eve, where Bette Davis is hanging around the room, terribly upset about something, and she grabs a chocolate, lowers it, lifts it up again, lowers it again… finally, he gives up and eats it, but only after a great fight ”, he illustrated.
He also added that now the situation is much worse than before: “Back then there was pressure. But now it is much worse ”. In addition, he explained that she leads a natural diet and a quite healthy lifestyle and that she likes to look in front of the mirror thin, but healthy.
