According to the story, after the presentation of the Academy Awards in 2004, the two actors had sex in the elevator of the famous Chateau Marmont. “That story has haunted me for a long time,” Scarlett Johansson now says in the podcast ‘9 To 5ish’. “I always thought it was outrageous.” The actress does not mention Benicio Del Toro by name in the conversation, although it is clear that it is indeed about him. And Johansson has clearly put a lot of thought into what it would have been like in that elevator. “I always thought that had to be very difficult,” Johansson thinks. “It’s such a short period of time.
