Scarlett Johansson has made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to son Cosmo. The 36-year-old actress wore a low-cut, glittery top with a white pants suit when she and husband Colin Jost showed up at the American Cinematheque Awards.
Jost appeared at the event in Beverly Hills in a classic black tuxedo and beamed at his wife on the red carpet. The actress presented glittering pumps, a silver necklace and matching earrings with white high-waisted trousers, a glitter top and a fitted blazer. She wore her hair tied back tightly and curled into a bun.
First joint event in almost two years
It is the first major event that Johansson and Jost have attended together in almost two years. The couple was last seen walking the red carpet at the Academy Awards in February 2020. In the summer, the actress and the “Saturday Night Live” star became parents. Johansson’s spokesman confirmed this in August “People”-Magazine. The comedian also shared a short statement on Instagram in which he revealed that her little boy is called Cosmo. “Ok, ok we had a baby. His name is Cosmo. We love him very much,” he wrote.
Scarlett Johansson has become a mother for the second time. In 2014 their daughter Rose was born. Shortly after the birth, she married her father Romain Dauriac, but two years later they separated, and in September 2017 they divorced.
In May 2017 she got together with the American comedian Colin Jost, whom she had known since 2007 through working together for the comedy show “Saturday Night Live”. The couple married in October 2020. For Jost it is the first child of his own.
