Wax museums around the world have long been a draw for both locals and tourists who want to see and take photos with celebrities.
However, the celebrities are made in wax, but they are created to imitate many famous faces. In many cases, the figures are true copies, and can fool the naked eye for a few seconds.
– Lots of vodka
Also in Kraków, Poland, they have the Polonia Wax Museum. Here, however, it is not certain that everyone wants to take a picture with the wax celebrities, writes the Swiss media Blick.
The wax figures can create more fear and laughter among the visitors, rather than fulfilling dreams of “meeting” the biggest stars.
– The museum is a must-see in Kraków, but only if you have drunk a lot of vodka, says a review of the museum on Tripadvisor.
Cryptic confirmation
The British Royal Family
The museum exhibits a number of figures, including former President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, and the king of pop, Michael Jackson. Several members of the British royal house can also be seen.
The newest addition to the royal family is Prince William and his wife Princess Kate, and the reactions have not been long in coming.
– The princess looked as if she had jaundice and was sweating, according to a visitor Blick.
According to the reviews on Tripadvisor, several visitors have also asked to have their money refunded, after seeing the figures of the royal couple.

Don’t know if it’s serious
But people also get a good laugh at the museum.
A British woman writes on Tridadvisor that “she has never laughed so much in her entire life” as she did during the visit.
– I wasn’t sure if it was a serious museum when I visited it, and I’m still not sure to this day. The longer you are there, the more fun it becomes, writes the woman.
According to Tripadvisor, an entrance ticket costs NOK 75.
Despite the fact that the wax figures are, to put it mildly, not true replicas, there are still many people who recommend the trip for a good laugh.
