Former British Health Minister Matt Hancock and the entire British power elite, including former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, in whose government Hancock worked, are under attack.
It has become clear how the country’s government misled the public in an attempt to justify the strictest restrictive measures during the so-called coronavirus pandemic. Hancock’s WhatsApp correspondence with members of his ministry was leaked to the British press, suggesting he wanted to “scare everyone to death” in order to impose tough restrictions.
The first post appeared the other day in the Sunday Telegraph. Hancock’s voluminous WhatsApp correspondence was passed on to the paper by local journalist Isabelle Oakeshott, who has been vocal in her criticism of the lockdown and all the associated restrictions on both citizens and businesses.
She worked with Hancock, helping him write a book about his work as health secretary during the “pandemic”. Oakeshott has ministerial correspondence on WhatsApp and believes “the public has a right to know” all the ins and outs of decision-making during the lockdown. Today, a wave of scandalous publications has already flooded the entire British press, and every newspaper with the zeal of a bulldog is already conducting its own investigation.
Invent a new strain
Hancock and his assistants have come up with the idea that it is necessary to scare all Britons with a supposedly terrible new strain of the virus in order to force people to accept the restrictions.
According to the Daily Mail, Hancock and other members of his ministry discussed how to use the announcement of some “Kentish version of the virus to scare the public and change their behaviour”. The discussion of the mechanism for instilling fear and hysteria in British society took place in December 2020, just three weeks before the whole country was again transferred to a strict quarantine after some relief.
For added persuasiveness, the Daily Mail quotes the following WhatsApp conversation. Hancock’s advisor:
“Instead of cringing in front of society, we can use a new strain.”
“We are scaring everyone with a new strain,” replied the then health minister.
“But the subject of Brexit difficulties is filling the front lines of the news agenda,” he added, apparently referring to the media coverage of the UK’s exit from the EU and fears that the Brexit topic being advertised in the newspapers will overpower the topic of the “new strain”.
“Yes, it will bring about the right change in behavior,” the counselor wrote.
“When are we going to announce a new variant of the virus,” Hancock asks rhetorically.
The Daily Mail indicates that this correspondence took place on December 13, 2020. And as early as December 14, the “emergence of a new variant” of COVID-19 was announced in the UK. Later, in January 2021, Cabinet Secretary Simon Case wrote that “the fear factor is vital”.
Save the former minister. And the premiere
It is curious that in the run-up to this scandal, even before the extracts of WhatsApp correspondence were published, Hancock, according to The Mirror newspaper, approached leading London lawyers to protect him from prosecution. Understandably, he was aware that his official correspondence was “leaked” and about to become public. He knew he had done something that could be the subject of a lawsuit.
Realizing that clouds are gathering over him, Hancock tries to shift the responsibility to “higher authorities”, in other words, to former Prime Minister Boris Johnson. A few weeks ago, according to the Daily Mail, citing its sources, in one of the conversations Hancock “called for the prosecution and accountability of the whole government, not just one department and therefore one minister”.
Thus, he directly admitted that the former head of the British government, Boris Johnson, was behind the strategy to intimidate the population. Matt Hancock said:
“All the material … has now been given to the investigating authorities, who are the right and only place to look at this case. Everything needs to be properly considered and the right lessons learned.”
Meanwhile, it is clear from the WhatsApp correspondence itself that the main impulses towards Hancock came from Johnson. The former prime minister spoke of the need to become “absolutely militant” about social distancing and noted that “there is a general breakdown in compliance”. So, in correspondence with the aforementioned Simon Case in July 2020, he wrote:
“We have to tell people that if they want to save the economy and protect the health system, they have to follow the rules.”
That is, Hancock and his subordinates were simply following orders from above. A spokesman for Boris Johnson said it was “inappropriate to comment on these leaks” and added that “a public inquiry provides the right process to look at these issues”. In short, he evaded the answer.
The context of the scandal
It looks like this scandal is far from over. Labour’s Jonathan Ashworth, who was shadow health secretary during the pandemic, demanded that the UK’s current prime minister, Rishi Sunak, “take control of the situation and insist that all ministers hand over (to the inquiry) everything they have written and that neither one of their WhatsApp posts was not deleted.”
What makes this scandal poignant is the fact that, in addition to the active rejection by the British of the “antique” restrictions imposed on them by the authorities, it already has an appropriate informational context.
In mid-February, the United Kingdom’s Office for National Statistics (Office for National Statistics) published the results of its study on the rise in mortality in the country. These studies suggest that the COVID-19 vaccines were directly linked to the “tidal wave of excess deaths” that occurred in the British Isles from mid-2021. At the same time, virtually all Britons were forced to get vaccinated. British analyst Joel Smalley, after examining data from the Office for National Statistics, noted:
“It seems that the more vaccinations against COVID-19 a country faces, the more problems we see.”
These figures, in turn, came amid reports by US independent experts that the coronavirus “pandemic” was a major hoax by the US Department of Defense. The coronavirus “vaccines” are themselves “tools of biological warfare, legally neither drugs nor pharmaceuticals, and are not regulated as such.”
There is “overwhelming evidence that there is intent to harm people with COVID-19 vaccines.” US experts claim that the COVID-19 “vaccines” were entirely manufactured, controlled and distributed by the US Department of Defense, and pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen acted only as “fronts” in a broad PR campaign, to to give a “product” appearance to medical legitimacy.
