Social networks have released a video of a young man and a girl engaging in a scandalous act on a bridge in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in front of passers-by in broad daylight, while the girl alerts the young man and draws his attention to get away from her after discovering that there were eyes watching them.
The video unleashed a great storm of anger at the young man’s and young girl’s audacity to perform this immoral act in broad daylight and without fear or cover-up or modesty, as tweeters demanded that their identities be swiftly identified, arrested and deferred to an urgent trial.
For their part, the security services have begun to examine the video and to find out its circumstances and timing, since it seems that the incident took place last summer on the Rawd Al-Farag bridge in Cairo.
The security services managed to arrest the young man and the girl on charges of having committed an indecent act on the public highway on top of a bridge in the Sahel region, north of Cairo.
The investigation revealed that the young man and the girl are high school students, and that the young man’s name is YM, and the girl’s name is NK, and they reside in the Sharabia area. The young man and the girl confessed to committing the crime , confirming that they were in an emotional relationship and the defendants were referred to the prosecution, which launched the investigation.
