Eyewitnesses filmed a video on a mobile phone camera, in which the coach of the Russian fencer Alexei Tikhomirov, after the fight, hands over his phone to the head of the technical directorate of the World Championship Dieter Lammer for negotiations with an unknown person.
After the conversation, Lammer decided to disqualify Harlan, who refused to shake hands with the Russian woman. A fragment of the video is published by the Telegram channel “Ukraine 365“.
