The reason, of course, is the scandal raging around Vergov. A month ago, Diana Dimitrova dropped the bomb that she was severely beaten by a colleague. According to the information, which the actress indirectly understood, that the hitman was Vergov.
If it is proven that he was somehow involved in the beating of his colleague, he will probably be investigated. That’s what’s stopping Maggie Halvajian from offering the “She and Him” star a job just yet.
