Youth rioting in the European Parliament (EP) building in Strasbourg.
During a debate on the Green Deal’s Industrial Plan for a net-zero emissions era, young people rioted. Boisterous chants have started in the EP building in Strasbourg, reported a NOVINI.BG reporter.
Some of them tried to jump over a glass partition to reach the plenary hall, which is about 30 meters below.
However, there is currently a young man hanging from the glass partition in question, which is why the EP building has been evacuated. The access of media and MEPs is strictly prohibited.

Bulgarian MEP Radan Kanev witnessed the events.
Kanev told NOVINI.BG that a protest started unexpectedly in the hall in defense of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Yocalan.
Protesters have pulled out flags, possibly hidden under clothing. Security immediately came in and tried to take them out, but the disgruntled people jumped over the railing and the probability of someone falling from a height of 30 meters became very high, so the security authorities immediately retreated.
At the moment, however, negotiations are most likely underway to avoid incidents and to end everything peacefully.
