In particular, during the checks along the main roads of the Vesuvian towns, soldiers of the Group of Annunziata Tower they noticed, between the municipalities of Poggiomarino and Scafati, a car that was suspiciously “following” a minivan at close range, in a manner that attracted the attention of the investigators.

During a routine police check, the officers found 10 packages of marijuana in the trunk of the minivan, in two cardboard boxes, weighing approximately 10 kg, and 14 blocks of cocaine in a suitcase, weighing over 13 kg. At the home of one of the two individuals, approximately 200 grams of hashish were also found. The drivers of the vehicles were arrested for the crimes of trafficking and illegal possession of a large quantity of narcotic substance.
