This is what was requested by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Salerno for the 17 year old accused of very serious injuries and tried with the ordinary trial which has now come to an end. The sentence of the Salerno judges is expected soon.
The person who sustained a leg injury was a 25-year-old savvy man from Italy, who was subsequently identified as the offended party in the criminal proceedings. The carabinieri of the Territorial Department of Lower Nocera and of the tenancy of via Oberdan in Scafati.
According to what was reconstructed by the military personnel, it was just after midnight on a Sunday in mid-February 2023, when the victim returned home, in via Michelangelo Buonarroti in the Mariconda district, and was hit in the leg by a gunshot. The latter was transferred to the Umberto I hospital in Nocera Inferiore and his condition, although critical, led the doctors to immediately declare his life out of danger. He underwent surgery and then slowly recovered from the injuries he suffered that evening.
